On December 26, 2024, the Capinzal Solidário project carried out a social action to distribute food baskets to families in need in Capinzal do Norte, Maranhão, Brazil. Located in the Médio Mearim region, this municipality of approximately 10,725 residents spans 590.5 square kilometers.

“Our mission is to support families with food donations not just during Christmas but throughout the year, as we are aware of the harsh reality these people face,” said Maycon Nascimento.

Supported by Br Joiners, this initiative aims to address social inequalities in the region and bring hope to those in need.
